The song sounds very familar, Castlevania maybe, Ninja Gaiden, Metroid? I like the delivery of the song. It has a very good flow between the transtions. It was very clear and I yes it does have the Journey feel to it..Complete with a begining middle and end point. Well done.

Okay I kinda scored you low on this one..Only because this is a known melody. You did change it up alot and the flow from one song to the next was well done, but I've also hear a full orchestra version of these tunes and know it could sound more fuller with more instruments. However, it does sound very pretty, somewhere between Mario Shishine, and Pricess Peaches DS Adventures.

It begins very chillingly. Almost a dirge feel, like it would be something for a cold thriller type flash, then progresses into a slightly happier melody, as if it was part of the bittersweet memory of a man at the end of his days. Then the finish is like someone closing a book of stories. Overall nice ly done.

"Haunting Loop"

An very interesting loop, the violins over a piano pattern give the feel of the passage of time in a very somber place. Very well done. There is a strong Chinese feel to the music. If it was longer, I could sense that the style could grow more perhapse adding a Viola to the violins as they "Travel" along with the secondary piano.

The drumline cadence is done well, has a very good marching band exabitions style..like something you'd hear during the half-time at the Rosebowl. I scored it halfway on the diversity mark because of the shortness of the length, thinking that if it was longer you could have done some more changeup in the drumming cadence and still kept the fast paced style.
